Concrete Tank Lining Reinforcement
We apply a protective layer on the interior surface of a concrete tank to enhance its durability, prevent leaks, and extend its lifespan. This process involves the installation of a layer of material that acts as a barrier between the contents of the tank and the concrete surface.
Pressed Steel Panel Water Tank
Made from panels of corrugated, galvanized steel sheets that are pressed into shape and bolted together on-site to form a watertight enclosure.
The galvanized steel panels used to construct the tanks are designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, high winds, and exposure to UV radiation. The tanks are also resistant to corrosion, which helps to extend their lifespan.
Fiberglass Reinforced Panel (FRP) Tank
The FRP panels are produced by layering a combination of polyester or vinyl ester resin and fiberglass reinforcement in a mold, which is then cured under heat and pressure to create a rigid, durable panel. Unlike metal tanks, which can corrode over time and develop leaks, FRP tanks are highly resistant to corrosion and can be used to store a variety of liquids, including acids and other corrosive substances.
